How It Works
We will first consult with you to find out some
information about your diet. We will ask you questions about
your likes, dislikes, allergies, dietary concerns, etc. The week before your
scheduled delivery date we will email your menu choices. We usually email
the menu out on Wednesday with a variety of about 10 choices for the week. You
then have until Friday at midnight to respond with your choices. We then
prepare your meals in our commercial kitchen to your specifications. They are
packaged, labeled and delivered to your home in coolers on your delivery date
with simple reheating instructions. We never freeze your meals as we believe
that fresh is the best way to enjoy them. All that is left behind is delicious,
wholesome, all natural foods for you to enjoy at your leisure. What could be
easier or better for you?
*Our meals are mostly packaged in high quality
plastic containers. We ask that you take care of our planet and recycle them.
You may also wash them and leave them for us on your next delivery and we will
recycle them for you.
